BILLING

In-Network:

Novo clinicians are in-network with BlueCross and BlueShield, PreferredOne, Aetna and Optum/United Behavioral Health (includes UHC, UMR and some Medica plans) and are out-of-network with other major providers. A reminder that your employer may change insurance providers at any time. Please confirm with your employer as to whether they plan to change providers in the near future. 

Out-of-Network/Self Pay:

If you are out-of-network, payment for the session at full fee is required.  Rates differ based on licensure/therapist, ranging from $140-230 for the intake and $100-190 for 55-minute sessions. We can provide you with a superbill receipt at the end of the month to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement (based on your plan and individual benefits).
