SARA CHRISTIANSON, PhD, LP, BCBA-D, NCSP

THERAPY APPROACH

Dr. Christianson is a licensed psychologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral, and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist specializing in working with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, anxiety, behavioral concerns, and parent coaching.  Utilizing evidence-based practices, services focus on increasing prosocial behaviors and decreasing behavioral concerns.  An emphasis is placed on parent involvement. 

 

Within her parent coaching component, she assists caregivers in understanding behavior, what it may be communicating, and how supports can better fit a child’s current needs.  Direct services with children often involve increasing coping skills and skills within peer relationships.
