GRACE ENTZION

THERAPY APPROACH

Grace specializes in supporting children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, stress, and perfectionism, who might be feeling stuck in rigid thought patterns. She also often works with clients navigating relationship concerns or adjusting to major life transitions, such as changes in school or family, moving, or grief/loss. Grace's ability to blend warmth, humor, and creativity with evidence-based practices in sessions allows her to build strong therapist-client relationships, which she believes to be the foundation of effective therapy.

Grace tailors her therapeutic approach to the unique needs and goals of each client, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (
CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She also practices from a client-centered and culturally responsive lens, emphasizing meeting clients where they are at and providing empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard for each individual. Grace strives to create an empowering and non-judgmental environment in which young people can express themselves freely, learn skills for navigating a changing world, and balance acceptance with meaningful change to ultimately enhance their overall well-being.
