CARRIE BINDER, MSW, LGSW

THERAPY APPROACH

Carrie (she/her) has experience working with individuals and families from a variety of backgrounds facing major life transitions, illness/disability, grief and loss, trauma, depression and anxiety. She follows a strengths-based, person-centered approach and operates from a trauma-informed lens. Drawing upon her innate compassion and curiosity, Carrie strives to foster a non-judgmental, accepting space.

Carrie brings a unique set of life skills from having worked in schools, restaurants, and community health centers. In addition to providing therapy at Novo, Carrie also works in a hospital providing crisis therapy.
