GRACE ENTZION

THERAPY APPROACH

Grace specializes in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, stress, and perfectionism, who might be struggling with rigid or “all or nothing” thinking patterns. She also often works with individuals navigating relationship concerns and major life transitions, such as changes in career or school, moving, and emerging adulthood. While Grace enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults, her ability to blend warmth, humor, and an easy manner with evidence-based practices allows her to connect especially well with teens and young adults.

Grace utilizes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Behavioral Activation to tailor a goal-directed therapeutic approach to the unique needs of each client. She also practices from a person-centered lens, which emphasizes authenticity, empathy, and unconditional positive regard for all clients. Grace is committed to cultivating a non-judging and collaborative environment in which clients can navigate life’s challenges, connect with their values, gain insight, and learn new skills to ultimately enhance their overall well-being.
