GRACE ENTZION
THERAPY APPROACH
Grace earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at the University of St. Thomas. She is practicing under the supervision of Natasha Parekh, PhD, LP as she completes her graduate practicum. Drawing from her education, personal background, and many years of experience working with people, Grace is dedicated to supporting clients from all walks of life on their mental health journey.
While Grace’s training has focused heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other behavioral approaches, she also utilizes a person-centered lens, which emphasizes authenticity, empathy, and unconditional positive regard for all clients. Her use of humor, curiosity, and genuine compassion allows her to develop strong therapeutic relationships. Grace is committed to cultivating a non-judging and collaborative environment in which clients can navigate life’s challenges, learn new skills, and implement positive changes to ultimately enhance their overall well-being.
